PetHeavenOnline is a free online memorial platform where people can create lasting tributes for their beloved pets. It is a respectful, community-oriented space for remembrance. The service is provided free of charge, with optional voluntary donations to support its operation.
To create a memorial you must register for an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to PetHeavenOnline, including photos, stories, tributes, and other material. By submitting content, you grant PetHeavenOnline a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store that content as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload — including photos of pets and people.
PetHeavenOnline is for sincere, respectful pet memorials only. You may not use the platform to post offensive, hateful, or unlawful content, to impersonate others, to spam or advertise, or to abuse the memorial format for any commercial or non-memorial purpose. We ask that all tributes and interactions be made in the spirit of respect and remembrance.
All new memorials are submitted for review before appearing publicly in the garden. PetHeavenOnline reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any memorial or content at its discretion, particularly if it violates these terms or is inconsistent with the respectful nature of the platform. We will notify you by email when your memorial is approved.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings page. Deleting your account will permanently remove your account and all associated memorials, photos, and tributes. PetHeavenOnline may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
PetHeavenOnline accepts voluntary donations via PayPal to help cover operating costs. Donations are entirely optional and are not required to use any feature of the service. All donations are non-refundable. Donations do not entitle the donor to any special status, features, or guarantees.
PetHeavenOnline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent data preservation, or that the service will be free of errors. While we take care with your content, we strongly recommend keeping your own copies of any photos or text you upload to the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetHeavenOnline and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of any voluntary donations you have made to us.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify registered users by email. Your continued use of PetHeavenOnline after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from your use of PetHeavenOnline shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
